Luxury cars do not always mean luxury prices. You can shop for a luxury vehicle during an economic downturn and still find a great deal. Ingenuity may be required to find a premium vehicle at a low price. Some low cost luxury vehicles may be illuminated below:
Low Cost Luxury Cars

If the consumer needs more power, the Land Rover LR3 is offered to consumers for $48,525. This vehicle offer consumers a V8 engine, but is $15,000 more than the Land Rover LR2.
BMW 3 Series. The BMW 3 series offers a compact sedan to customers for the low price of $33,400. The car features a 10 speaker sound system with power windows and doors. This package will upgrade the vehicle to Dakota leather upholstery and power adjustable seats with memory.
For an additional $875, the driver may obtain an upgraded 13 speaker sound system. The iDrive-based navigation system is available for $2,100 in addition to a cold weather package for $1150. The heated steering wheel, three stage heated front seat and retractable headlight washers are available in the cold weather package. In total, the options all add up to $7500.
Cadillac STS. The Cadillac STS is offered for an affordable price. In 2009, the vehicle was priced at $44,515. The vehicle is equipped with a 3.6 liter V8. The 4.6 liter V8 version costs $10,000 less than the base model. Dealer incentives may make the vehicle even more affordable.
Incentives
Incentives and low interest rates make the vehicles more affordable. Especially during these poor economic times, the luxury vehicle dealers are offering all sorts of deals to encourage sales. For instance, BMW, Lincoln and Mercedes Benz have all offered incentives and low interest rates for their luxury vehicle. Many luxury dealers that offer deals such as no money down and no interest are always the best deals available. In 2009, nearly 56.3 percent of vehicles sold with low financing rates.
Conclusion
Consumers considering luxury vehicles should consider purchasing from a dealer offering incentives. Incentives increase sales, because people recognize that purchasing a vehicle at a low interest rate is more affordable. Consumers should consider luxury vehicles when comparably priced non-luxury vehicles are not the option.
